Welcome to the Bocking Theatre Club Website

Welcome to the Bocking Theatre Club!  We are an amateur dramatic group of friendly, mixed age people who put on two main productions a year, enter local festivals in the summer and perform a pantomime every other year.  We are affiliated with NODA and the North Essex Theatre Guild. Award winning ‘Bocking Theatre Club’ will be presenting our November Production two one-act plays:

Murder in Little Grimley & Last Tango in Little Grimley

Our plays, which is now in rehearsal, promise to bring lots of fun and laughter to Bocking and is sure to entertain all of the family.

We will be performing over three evenings between Wednesday 11th and Friday 13th November 2026.  Doors open at 7:15pm.

Tickets are available now at our Online Store and from our box office at Stationery Solutions in Braintree Town Centre.  Tickets cost £12 (standard) or £10 for over 60s and under 16s.

We look forward to welcoming people of all ages to another exciting production.

Come and join us!

We welcome new members and there are a variety of different roles - not just on stage but backstage, costumes, props, front of house, lighting, sound / sfx and publicity.  You could also become a friend of the Bocking Theatre Club, getting involved in other ways and coming along to social events.  If you would like to come along and see what we are about then please contact us.
